General Questions

Q: What are the differences between EEAX, EEAO and Entourage Time Machine?

A: EEAX archives and exports emails in many different ways/formats.

It archives/exports emails out from Entourage.

Once archived/exported, the emails can be automatically deleted from within Entourage therefore the Microsoft Database size can be shrinked, according to the Microsoft standard procedure.

EEAX supports POP, IMAP and Exchange accounts.

Entourage Exchange Accounts Optimizer moves emails from Entourage Exchange account to the local Entourage folders.

It has been primary developed to solve the Exchange disk quota problem.

The Emails remain within Entourage.

Entourage Time Machine offers a very simple interface and it's very simple to use.

After a full backup, Entourage Time Machine performs an incremental backup, saving only the new emails received or sent after the last backup date. Entourage Time Machine supports POP accounts and offers an integrated browser to search emails in real time.

Q: I have Registered through KAGI the software but I have not yet received the Registration Code file.

A: The Registration Code file is usually delivered in few hours by email with a .zip attachment.

Anyway, due to unpredictable technical troubles (e.g. the user typed an incorrect email address or the firewall blocked our email) you couldn't receive our email. If after 24 hours you haven’t received the Registration code file, please contact us providing us your alternative email address (with a different domain).

Q: How should I install the Registration Code file?

A: Once paid through KAGI, you will receive an email with a .zip file attachment.

Save this .zip file on your Desktop then double click on its icon to decompress it. A file called "Registration Code.txt" file will appear on your Desktop.

Launch the software and select the menu item "Help:Install Registration Code…" then follow the instructions.

Quit and relaunch the application. The splash screen will show your full name and email. This means that your copy has been properly registered.
